Oxnard Harbor District

Key priorities are transitioning to clean energy with zero emissions, creating high-quality, unionized jobs, enhancing community engagement and transparency, and fostering partnerships for regional well-being.

The Oxnard Harbor District Board Meeting included discussions and actions on several key items. The preliminary operating budget, capital outlay plan, and debt schedule for the fiscal year 2016-2017 were adopted, setting a public hearing for the final budget adoption. Additionally, the Board received updates from the Chief Finance & Administrative Officer, and discussed real property negotiations in a closed session.
