The Contractor shall provide a fully integrated COTS solution (including hardware, software, hosting, enterprise-wide licenses, Information Technical (IT) support services, system training, etc.) that meet the functional, technical, and reporting requirements identified in Section VI. The Contractor’s solution shall fully integrate data, functionality and workflow with DOJ’s Momentum Federal system. The Contractor’s solution shall also fully integrate data into the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), System of Award Management (SAM.gov), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), G-Invoicing, and IAE systems, as appropriate. The solution must be Software as a Service (SaaS) system that resides within a FedRAMP authorized environment. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all patches and updates to the system throughout the period of performance to comply with DOJ and FedRAMP Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements. The Contractor shall also modernize within a beta-testing environment(s) and improve upon system features or customized functionality as requested by the COR prior to deployment. See attached file.

Cafeteria Serving Stations and Minimum Menu Profile: The menu profiles are based on the minimum acceptable level of service. Contractor shall develop services consistent with competitive practices in the private sector (e.g., salad bars, special promotions, etc.). The Contractor will have the flexibility to change individual food items as needed. Below is a listing of items that were previously available at the RFK Building cafeteria: Grill: Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, grilled sandwiches, French fries, etc. Breakfast profile: eggs to order, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, hot cereal, and related breakfast items.
