Remove and replace rusted and damaged fences. Remove and replace all sealant around the perimeter of the building. Replacement of pavement and regrading. Remove existing temporary partition walls. Provide gypsum wall board for restored offices. Provide doors and frames, pipe insulation, and suspended acoustical ceilings. Provide furniture and computers at offices. Subfloor and vct flooring to be installed; install vinyl base. Install fire rated follow metal doors and frames.
