The general scope of work is a renovation of the existing mechanical systems serving the Cornog Auditorium and related spaces. The general scope of work includes but not necessarily limited to, the following: temporary facilities and controls, cutting and patching existing construction and finishes, general commissioning, selective demolition, miscellaneous cast-in-place concrete, cutting & patching existing roof systems and flashings, penetration firestopping, joint sealants, acoustical panel ceilings, interior painting, fire-suppression sprinkler systems, plumbing, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC), commissioning of HVAC, instrumentation and control devices for HVAC, direct-digital controls system for HVAC, hydronic piping, hydronic specialties, HVAC pipe and duct insulation, hydronic pumps, HVAC water treatment, air duct accessories, air-handling units, welding, terminal heating and cooling units, electrical power, switchboards, panelboards, wiring devices, enclosed switches, surge protection devices, interior lighting, lighting controls, extension/modification of existing fire alarm system, and all other labor, materials, and accessories required for a complete and proper installation.
