Patch any existing cracks in stucco, caulk as needed, mask off all metal door frames, windows, light fixtures, and all other vents and protrusions. Provide protection from splatter to sidewalks surrounding the facility; existing stucco may need to be primed prior to applying finish coat of paint. This exterior finish was a pre-colored stucco mix when applied originally. Paint the designated exterior areas with latex stucco paint selected by the owner. Specifically, areas that have sun faded include main entry, elevator shaft, west staff entry, east wall, roof enclosure, north and south column walls and security yard walls.
