To continue supporting the nga human resources management (hrm). This extension will enable nga time to continue the acquisition process of a follow-on and support a transition period to ensure no disruption to the current support to nga employees. A change in the current provider would result in both substantial duplication of costs, extended period of time in which nga would not be provided with necessary hd support that could result in mission delays. Therefore, no competition is being sought at this time. The sole source modification to the existing contract will provide nga with tailored hd support that captures the end-to-end processes involved with managing people resources in the organization, from recruitment to retirement and everything in between, in accordance with the office of personnel management (opm) guidelines.
