Tactical Maritime Intelligence: Adaptive AI and Autonomy at the Tactical Edge

Description: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, through its Rapid Capabilities Office and in coordination with the Office of Naval Intelligence and Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal Innovation, seeks a prototype for edge-deployable computer-vision maritime intelligence. The capability should detect, track, and re-identify vessels of interest in contested, low-connectivity environments using adaptable models on size-, weight-, and power-constrained hardware without cloud reach-back, and integrate with standard GEOINT formats and tactical systems including TAK and REST APIs. The prototype will be tested against defined performance thresholds to inform future development and transition decisions.
