NGA HRM-II RFP

Description: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency seeks human resources support across the employee lifecycle, including personnel data processing, talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, employee services, performance records, benefits, and retirement tracking. The planned commercial, performance-based contract will use firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials CLINs and a best-value tradeoff evaluation under full and open competition. The anticipated period is a one-year base period with four one-year options, and the RFP and attachments are posted through the Classified Acquisition Research Center.
