The Morgan Hill Unified Family and Community Engagement Plan aims to cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, culturally relevant, and respectful approach to family engagement, supporting youth development and social-emotional wellness. The plan's vision is to foster meaningful partnerships among all school community members to support the whole child. It focuses on promoting family and community participation in the education process, inspiring active involvement to enhance academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and lifelong learning. Key strategic areas include building relationships, sharing information, modeling effective practices, listening to feedback, incorporating family cultures, and aligning efforts across the school community, anchored by six high-impact engagement strategies.
