This document outlines the Morgan Hill Unified School District's vision to empower all students for success in a diverse, global society, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The meeting concluded with a time for general announcements, comments, and questions from the staff and attendees.

This School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) for Martin Murphy Middle School aims to increase student achievement by maximizing resources and aligning with the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The strategic direction is focused on three main goals: advancing academic readiness and closing opportunity gaps for all students through equitable and culturally responsive curriculum, promoting family and community engagement, and enhancing student achievement through engagement, social-emotional learning, and a positive school climate. Key outcomes include increased student proficiency in reading and math, enhanced parent participation, and reductions in chronic absenteeism and suspension rates.
