Seeking proposals to remodel space in an existing portable classroom to accommodate the teen center's needs includes demo the existing stairs and landing and replace them with stairs and a landing to accommodate the addition of an owner-provided ramp to be installed in a later phase; replace 3 exterior windows with vinyl windows with low-e glass with u factor of. 32 or lower; replace the existing door with a storefront door to match the west entrance; construct an awning to match the awning on the west entrance; demo existing carpet flooring and replace it with LVT to match the existing space. Carpet can remain in the storage area if practical to transition to LVT; construct a wall to create a storage area on the east end. Adjust lighting as needed. Match the door to the other new office doors with a window in the building. See attached file.
