The meeting included an update on the progress of 7th-grade students, highlighting the positive impact of high school students assisting in middle school classrooms through peer tutoring and the WIN Leadership mentorship program. The Leadership Class shared an overview of their work and accomplishments, including the Erie Canal follow-up project and their involvement in community and school events. The Student Board Representative reported on Homecoming, Open House, Youth Football Night, Golf Team, Lyons Fire Department visit, Soccer & Volleyball Teacher Appreciation Night events, Career & College Readiness, and Elementary Recognition.
