The Lemon Grove School District's five-year strategic plan, grounded in the vision that its learners will be tomorrow's leaders, workers, and citizens, aims to foster educational equity through multi-tiered systems of support. The plan aims to improve outcomes for all students, with a particular focus on addressing the needs of high-needs student groups such as multilingual learners, students with disabilities, foster youth, and low-income students.
