The overall scope of the project is to construct a new 13,413 sf +/- structure for Owner Community Health. This new building will be building upon vacant property to the north of the existing Community Health Building. The new building will consist of multiple uses, including; office for in house and traveling staff, in house programs for the community, No overnight or medical procedures will be occurring here. Along with office, room will include, activity rooms, counseling rooms, educational rooms, including a small residential kitchen for use of clients preparing real life conditions. There is 2 main entrances for the building, The north west entrance will be for out patient use, and the south entrance will be used for bus drop off for the day programs officed by the County.
