The committee reviewed staffing reorganization requests from Community Mental Health, including adding a full-time BA Supervisor position and eliminating a project director position due to grant funding changes. The committee also authorized the Health Department to rehire a retired Registered Dietician for a part-time position. Furthermore, the committee discussed and approved an administration staffing proposal to reclassify an Administrative Project Manager to a Deputy County Administrator position and restructure the Office Manager role for future cost savings.
