Work will generally consist of removal of the existing mast arm foundation and pole, removal of the temporary signal, wood poles, and anchor blocks. Removal of the temporary signal, signal equipment, and anchor blocks will be paid as ts, temp, rem. A new mast arm foundation and pole will need to be reinstalled, and all signal hardware shown on the plans will need to be reinstalled and connected to ensure a fully functioning intersection. All new signal equipment, will require removal of old wiring and installation of new wiring with slack in handholes. Replacement of the four video detection cameras and system shall be paid as one item called modular video detection system.
