This document is a template for the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Implementation Plan, designed to guide Local Education Agencies and school sites in adopting, implementing, and sustaining community schools. It emphasizes a 'whole-child' approach, focusing on academics, health and social services, youth and community development, and community engagement. The plan is structured around the four pillars of the CA CS Framework and five capacity-building strategies, aiming to foster an equity-driven and asset-building school transformation program.

The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Implementation Plan for Rubidoux High School serves as a roadmap to advance community school strategies. It focuses on enhancing student leadership and development, improving academic achievement through equitable and supportive practices, and promoting comprehensive student and family wellness, with a special emphasis on English Learner students. Key strategic pillars include fostering shared commitment and understanding, centering community-based learning, cultivating collaborative leadership, ensuring sustainable staffing and resources, and developing robust strategic community partnerships to achieve its goals and ensure long-term sustainability.

The Board of Education convened for a public hearing to initiate a closed session. The meeting included the formal roll call and the appointment of an acting secretary for the duration of the session, followed by an opportunity for public comment.

The board meeting focused on several key items including the approval of a resolution regarding a pending legal case, recognition of students for an award-winning recipe in a culinary contest, and recognition of a donation from Burlington Stores to an elementary school for classroom supplies. Additionally, the board discussed the receipt of a Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act grant for adult education programs. Student board members provided reports covering various school activities, including welcome week events, summer preparation activities, orientation programs for new students, and fall sports updates. The board also addressed improvements to technical equipment for meetings and encouraged community participation in local cleanup events.

This document presents an implementation plan for Troth Street Elementary School under the California Community Schools Partnership Program. The plan is structured around five capacity-building strategies: Shared Commitment, Centering Community-Based Learning, Collaborative Leadership, Sustaining Staff and Resources, and Strategic Community Partnerships. Key priorities include aligning with Local Control and Accountability Plans for sustainability, strengthening a positive school climate through restorative practices, PBIS, SEL, and integrated student supports, and expanding student leadership and enrichment opportunities to increase engagement and belonging. The plan aims to improve student outcomes, reduce chronic absenteeism, and foster a collaborative and equitable learning environment for the whole child.
