The Board adopted the 2026 Budget and amended Rule XVIII to reflect a 2.9% overall water rate increase effective January 1, 2026. Revisions to the WaterOne Personnel Policy Manual and Employee Business Expense Policy were approved. The 7th Revised Retirement Plan was revised to allow lump sums as an alternate form of payment for employees hired after January 1, 2005. Change orders were approved for the Hansen Basin Painting -- Phase II project and the Kansas and Missouri Presed Pavement Replacement project. A resolution was adopted recognizing Bob Reese for his years of service.
