Provide a replacement video surveillance camera system and related installation, configuration, testing, and training services. Replace approx. 50 exterior cameras and 150 interior cameras with 8- megapixel exterior cameras and 4-megapixel interior cameras. Offerors may propose functionally equivalent or higher resolutions but shall explain each variance. Provide recording capacity based on one 8-channel appliance, five 16-channel appliances, five 32-channel appliances, and one 64-channel appliance, or an alternative architecture that supports the documented camera count and equivalent operational outcomes.
