Scope of work includes the removal of existing casework, VCT flooring, select mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems, and acoustic ceiling tiles. New doors will be added at existing and new metal stud walls. Acoustical wall panels are included for sound protection. Suspended pipe systems for lighting and suspended ACT ceilings are included in the scope. New mechanical and AV equipment is to be procured and installed. New lighting fixtures and power are included. The fire suppression system will be removed/reinstalled. See attached file.
