The plan is structured around five core strategic goal areas: fostering a positive culture and climate by increasing social-emotional supports, improving attendance, and providing safe environments; optimizing operations through effective processes and a five-year facilities plan; enhancing stakeholder engagement by improving communication, increasing family and community involvement, and developing meaningful partnerships; strengthening human resources through effective recruitment, retention, training, and evaluation of staff; and promoting student growth by increasing high-quality instruction and engagement, developing vertically aligned curriculum, increasing mastery of standards, and implementing a well-balanced assessment system.
