Notice is hereby given that the governing board ("Board") of the Glendale Unified School District ("District" or "Owner") will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 009-26/27 - Roofing Improvements Project at Multiple Sites. The Project consists of roofing improvements at six (6) school sites: Balboa Elementary School, La Crescenta Elementary School, John C. Fremont Elementary School, John Marshall Elementary School, Thomas Edison Elementary School, and Woodrow Wilson Middle School, per site map/drawings and specifications provided by the District. Contract documents include, but are not limited to, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Designated Subcontractors List, Site-Visit Certification, various certifications and compliance forms, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Drawings, Specifications, and any issued Addenda. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularities. The District intends to award the Contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the bid amount per site, or the total base bid amount, whichever is in the District's best interest. Tentative construction start date is April 1, 2027 with an end date of August 8, 2027. Ad publish dates shown: October 17, 2026 and October 24, 2026.
