Foster adapters, furnish and installed; 2 EA 16"x3" tapping sleeve and valve, furnished and installed; 1 EA 8"x3" tapping sleeve and valve, furnished and installed; 3 EA 6"x3" tapping sleeve and valve, furnished and installed; 12 EA 2" or 3" hdpe mj adapter - IPS, SDR 11 furnished and installed; 7 EA existing valve box removal, remove and dispose; 7 EA cast iron valve boxes, furnished and installed; 630 LF 3/4" municipex service pipe from water main to meter, furnished and installed.
