Upgrade existing BMS to support heating water system upgrades and new sequence of operations. Perform electrical and plumbing work in support of demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC systems. Replace existing water heaters in the Bond and Troup Buildings. Protect existing floors, finishes and building during the HVAC upgrades.
