To replace existing water to water booster with a vertical, double wall, compact 40 gpm water to water indirect heater. This is a supply purchase only. Labor will be provided by the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) staff. supply a water-to-water booster to FCI McKean, capable of bringing domestic water from 40 to 140 degrees with 190 degree incoming boiler water with the following specifications. High capacity minimum of 40 gpm water flow with a 3" domestic cold water inlet and 2 " hot water outlet. Water to Water Indirect Heater - Copper- Nickel shell with Naval Brass tube sheet - Double wall tube bundle construction - Complete package (4 piping connections) - Electronic 3 Way Control Valve mounted - domestic Circulation pump mounted. Maximum height with clearances not to exceed 90 inches.
