The work consists of performing various pavement preservation activities at the designated roads and parking areas within each park to extend the pavement life and delay more expensive and intrusive rehabilitation activities. Major Items of pavement rehabilitation activities under this project include: a. Cleaning and sealing of asphalt cracks b. Seal coating asphalt pavement c. Asphalt milling and overlaying d. Asphalt patching e. Full-depth asphalt reconstruction f. Signage improvements g. Aggregate – shoulder support.

This construction project consists of replacing and rehabilitating aging water, wastewater, electrical, mechanical, and SCADA infrastructure. The work includes new and replacement utility piping, lift station improvements, septic and lagoon system work, generator connections, controls/telemetry upgrades, and associated site restoration, pavement repair, and utility coordination.
