The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical unit is conducting market research to identify domestic sources for four adult procedure-mask configurations. The configurations are ASTM F2100-11 Level 1 masks with ear loops (280,000 units annually) and with ear loops and shields (609,000), plus Level 3 masks with ear loops (5,000,000) and with ear loops and shields (830,000). The RFI seeks to assess whether these products qualify as Domestic End Products under DFARS 225.003, and DLA states that it does not guarantee a later solicitation.
