The contractor shall achieve the removal, recycling, and disposal of scrap materials from lsvamc and all associated offsite locations, including all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to accomplish this outcome. The contractor shall furnish its own vehicle(s) (e. G. , box truck or similar) to report on- premises at each site, load scrap materials directly, and transport them off-site for recycling or disposal. No government-leased or standing dumpster/roll-off container will be provided or maintained by the contractor under this contract. The government estimates approximately 15 pickups per month across all listed sites; this is provided for planning purposes only and does not constitute a guaranteed minimum or maximum.
