Head walls shall include two (2) layers of steel reinforcing rod, two (2) 7 5/8 pipes supporting 8" channels set at height of cap. Set and weld bridge beams. Install metal deck form (stay in place form), place and tie 2 layers of reinforcing steel. See attached file.

Finally, a resolution was adopted authorizing the County Commissioner of District 1 to apply for a grant under the Oklahoma Unpaved Roads Program to remove a wooden bridge and install a culvert. Purchase orders and claims for payment were approved across multiple funds.
