The Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) has issued a Sources Sought / Request for Information (Notice ID NCCC-VISTA26-0180) for a Digital Recruitment Platform for its VISTA and NCCC programs. The agency seeks a college recruitment SaaS solution such as Handshake that can engage current and recently graduated college students aged 18-28 and reach more than 20 million individuals across 1,600+ universities. Customer service: AmeriCorps volunteers typically serve one year, which means that throughout the year volunteers exit service and new volunteers begin service. New volunteers will be unfamiliar with state resources, state CCDF plans, eligibility requirements and rate limitations and each new volunteer may choose a childcare provider(s) that is not familiar with: AmeriCorps, state resources, state CCDF plans, eligibility requirements, the applications, and the requirements for verifying attendance of the child. In addition, many volunteers and their selected childcare providers may not have access or have limited access to technology to include the internet, computers, and fax machines. See attached file.
