Montana University System Goals
This document outlines the goals for the American Indian and Minority Achievement (AIMA) & K-12 Partnerships program within the Montana University System. The program aims to provide affordable access to excellent educational opportunities, ensure seamless K-12 to college transitions, and increase academic engagement and achievement for minorities. Key goals include growing the capacity of administrators, faculty, and staff for culturally responsive instruction and support, increasing student access, retention, and completion, improving Tribal College to MUS relations, growing the usage of the American Indian Student Success Dashboard, and promoting Indigenous philosophy and understanding.
