BoardMid Michigan College Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes
The board appointed a new Board Secretary and discussed procedures for handling trustee vacancies. Updates were provided on the Event Center construction progress, Summer and Fall 2026 enrollment reports, and the 2026-2027 budget, which was officially approved. The board authorized a bond issue for the Mt Pleasant Event Center, a certifying millage resolution, parking lot maintenance and replacement projects, curriculum changes for the 2026-27 fiscal year, an administrative retirement incentive, administrative grade and salary ranges, radiography building equipment upgrades, and a digital advertising blanket purchase order. The meeting concluded with a closed session to discuss a presidential contract.
