This document is a Strategic Planning Survey Report, completed in December 2025, compiling feedback for the Luxemburg-Casco School District's strategic planning process. The meeting included a budget hearing presenting the 2025-26 budget, followed by resolutions to authorize the School Board to levy a tax for the operation of the School District, borrow money for immediate expenses, set salaries for School Board members, reimburse travel expenses, hire attorneys and pay legal fees, furnish textbooks and school lunches. Additionally, a motion to establish the date for the 2026 Budget Hearing and Annual Meeting was discussed, along with other new business within the power of the annual meeting.

The Title I Schoolwide Program Plan for Luxemburg-Casco Primary School focuses on inspiring minds, challenging students, and promoting excellence to prepare students to thrive in a global community. Key areas include literacy and social-emotional learning, with strategies to educate parents on district assessments and implement positive behavior systems. The plan also addresses family engagement, communication, and the coordination of federal, state, and local resources to support high-quality teaching and student transitions.
