The Consulate is soliciting gardening and building external grounds maintenance services for the U.S. Consulate General in São Paulo, including upkeep of landscaping and related grounds. The Government intends to award a contract or purchase order to a responsible company offering an acceptable quotation at the lowest price, and a pre-quotation conference is scheduled for October 21, 2026. Quotations are due October 28, 2026, at 5 p.m. and must be submitted electronically to procurementsp@state.gov.
