The Improvements include the following: 1. Construct current ADA regulation compliant ramps, landings, sidewalks. 2. Construct asphalt boat trailer parallel parking and car parallel parking per plans. 3. Demo the existing Restroom as identified on the plans and prepare the base material for the new restroom to be constructed by Romtec. 4. Install water service, sewer lateral, and sewer grinder pump station. Utilities should be stubbed up within 5 ft of the proposed Romtec restroom. 5. Install and connect all water and sewer services to existing lines. 6. Provide design build electrical work from TPUD service to restroom. Coordinate location of power service drop with TPUD.
