Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete a grind and overlay roadway improvement project, including localized full-depth pavement reconstruction and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp and sidewalk improvements, as shown on the Plans and specified in the 2024 Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Oregon Standard Specification for Construction (OSS). Work shall generally consist of cold milling (grinding) the existing asphalt concrete pavement surface and placement of a new asphalt concrete overlay throughout the project limits, except at locations specifically identified by the Engineer for full-depth pavement removal and replacement. At these designated locations, the Contractor shall remove the existing pavement section down to the subgrade and reconstruct the roadway section, including subgrade repair as necessary, to address observed pavement distress such as alligator cracking, settlement, and structural failure.
