The texture of this surface course shall be uniform and all hand work required at apertures, curbs, turnouts, etc. , shall be neat and blend in with the overall texture. The deviation from the prescribed sections ah shown on the plans or as directed by the engineer shall not be more that 1/4" in any directions when tested with a 10 foot straight edge.
