The meeting agenda includes the review of payroll and claims, requests for park usage and road closures for community events, and presentations on entrepreneurship resources and court information. Business license renewals and new applications are set for approval, alongside human resources actions including new hires and temporary staffing. Additionally, the council will address various new business items, such as sanitary sewer rehabilitation, water main replacements, change orders for pump station generators, contractor bid recommendations for facility improvements, payroll proposals, and state transportation contracts.

The public hearing will address the 2025-2026 budget and millage, as well as special assessments for police, fire, and street lighting.
