Procurement guidance and navigation tips.
Lower scores indicate easier procurement processes. Created by Starbridge.
Sole Source: Do not lead here—pivot immediately to cooperative purchasing as the compliant, faster path.
Coops: Tip: If open to coops, point them to Georgia DOAS Statewide Contracts, Sourcewell, HGACBuy, or GSA Cooperative Purchasing, ideally via a major reseller to simplify quoting/compliance.
City of Dacula: No historical use of sole source. Deprioritize this path and instead educate on using cooperative purchasing that the city’s policy authorizes.
