The Oversight Board will discuss and potentially approve Resolution No. 2015-02, which adopts a revised Corcoran Successor Agency Long Range Property Management Plan (LRPMP). Public discussion and staff reports are also on the agenda.

The permit requires a letter of convenience and necessity from the City Council due to an overabundance of alcohol licenses in the area. The commission made a motion to not bring sea trains back into residential zones and to create a list of approved and unapproved animals.

The classification of "Tiny Homes" was also addressed, with the commission directing staff to draft a resolution and ordinance for a future public hearing. Finally, information items included updates on cannabis cultivation registration, vehicle limits (put on hold), and business allowances in R-A zones.
