Walk-behind scarifier or grinder with diamond blades to 1/32" to 1/16" (0.8 to 1.6 mm) - enough to remove coatings or surface roughness. Dispose of Material. Surface six (6) new Tennis court (to be applied to bare concrete based on medium broom finish and *no curing compound* or new asphalt). Acid etches, power wash to clean. Apply primer coat. Apply black Sport master re-surfacer coat mixed with #60 silica sand to provide a superior base for color coats. Apply two (2) color coats, mixed with #90 sand of Sport master color. Stripe to specifications. Medium speed of play. Stripe Play Lines, Sharp and Accurate to ASBA specs Lines to be white Latex Acrylic line paint. Two (2) color choice(s). Remove and replace caulking with Sika-Flex 2CSL. Grind edges to ensure proper adhesion.
