New construction includes steel framing, concrete foundations, EPDM roofing (new and replacement of existing), aluminum curtain wall, storefront, MCM metal wall panels, face brick, interior finishes including various ceiling finishes, flooring, wall and floor tile, wood and hollow metal doors and frames, metal stud framing and drywall, paint and custom wall coverings and graphics. The mechanical scope will consist of replacing/updating two (2) original air handling units (AHU), replacement of two (2) energy recovery ventilators (ERV), replacement of multiple fan coil units. New HVAC (ERV, fan coils units, ductwork, piping, etc.) will be installed throughout the renovated and new addition areas along with converting the building from a 2-pipe heating/cooling system to a 4-pipe system. Building Management System (BMS) controls will be updated as needed for all renovated areas.
