This document outlines the 2026 Local Partnership Formulaic Program Guidelines, representing its sixth cycle, designed to allocate approximately $216 million across fiscal years 2027-28 and 2028-29. Developed in consultation with diverse stakeholders, these guidelines aim to address state policy goals, effectively direct revenue towards transportation needs, and ensure a fair distribution of funding.
