The Judicial Council of California’s Center for Families, Children & the Courts (CFCC) issued an RFI to identify qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide juvenile dependency legal representation for parents and conflict‑child clients in Santa Clara Superior Court. The RFI requests information on capacity, experience, and representation models and is intended to build a pool of providers for future contracts; it is non‑mandatory and not a grant. The Judicial Council of California is seeking proposals from full-service hotels to provide meeting rooms, sleeping rooms, and food and beverage services for the B. E. Witkin Judicial College. This intensive two-week education program for newly appointed judges and commissioners is scheduled for multiple date windows in the summers of 2027 and 2028. Preferred locations include Northern California cities like San Ramon and San Jose, or Southern California areas such as Los Angeles and San Diego.
