All transcription documents shall be in Microsoft Word format and must be editable. Transcribed documents may be requested and sent through a web-based system. Contractors shall be able to upload and send media via encrypted email and same in return to expedite investigations. All transcription documents shall be made available on a secure (encrypted in rest and transport), reliable, and user-friendly computer-based shared site to be accessed by IAD staff.
