In combination with community input through community mobilization, stakeholder meetings, and community surveys, the District is seeking to find the best options through detailed analysis from the Firm. If warranted, the Firm to provide referendum assistance and support services. Firms are encouraged to include a list of all services and fees for Phase III, but Phase III cannot be contingent on Phase I and Phase II, as the district reserves the exclusive right to use different firms for various Phases of the RFP.
