The meeting included an update from the BHS Student Advisory Council, special awards and presentations including the School Committee Member of the Year Award and a SEPAC presentation, and a personnel update. Student representatives provided updates on activities and concerns. The Superintendent presented an entry plan and an update on the district strategic plan. A presentation was given regarding technology curriculum changes at Jabish Brook Middle School. Subcommittee reports covered collaborative services and a playground project invoice payment. Policy revisions for the School Organizational Meeting and the submission and approval of the School Improvement Plan were approved. The committee also discussed budget scenarios and approved governance training sessions.
