Inspect ceiling and parapet walls for leaks and fix accordingly. A new roof was installed in 2020, so these problems may no longer exist. Demolish ceiling and replace insulation as needed; replace ceiling with sheetrock; make provision for LED lighting and wall switches. New scuttle hole. Repair original plaster walls. Restore/install electrical outlets. Replace windows with vinyl windows and wrap exterior window trim. Replace any broken glass. HVAC will be window unit(s). Rebuild front entrance to match western Sun Room (woodwork; glass; door), including all woodwork, panes of glass, and an exterior door to match that of the Sun Room (westernmost room of the Museum, the historic Holman/Fuller House), to restore the symmetry of the house. Woodwork is to be painted in keeping with the rest of the building. Replace interior door into Museum’s adjoining Music Room. New lights, 3-prong receptacles and switches. Paint ceiling, walls, and trim in colors to be selected by owner. Clean tile floor and repair/replace any grout as needed.
