American Fork Metropolitan Water District

The American Fork Redevelopment Agency held a public hearing and special session to receive public comment on the RDA budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014. A resolution adopting the RDA budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 was reviewed and approved. Discussion included a report on efforts to set up a Taxing Entity Committee meeting to discuss the progress of the EDA and the potential allocation of excess increment to the RDA, to be split between the City and the developer. The complexities of the RDA agreement, originally contracted in 2000, were also noted.

The American Fork Redevelopment Agency held a public hearing to receive public comment regarding adjustments to the RDA budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. A special session followed, focusing on a resolution adopting revisions to the RDA budget for the same fiscal year. The revisions accounted for various RDA projects, including the placement of a sidewalk at the Senior Housing project.

The special session focused on reviewing and acting on an amendment to the Egg Farm EDA Agreement to Develop Land and included time for unfinished business and new business.

The Development Review Committee will review and take action on an application for a Preliminary Plan and a Final Plat for Landon Court (East), both located at approximately 1228 East 700 North. They will also review and make a recommendation on an application for a Commercial Site Plan for AT&T Tower Modification Highland 2, located at approximately 1200 N 550 E. Other business will include a discussion of upcoming projects.

The Development Review Committee will review and take action on an application for a Final Plat for Bridges at Fox Hollow Plat A and an application for an Amended Final Plat for Harbor Village Slough Subdivision. Other business includes a discussion of upcoming projects.
