This Comprehensive School Improvement Plan for the Affton School District serves as a roadmap for continuous improvement. It is structured around five strategic focus areas: Innovative Teaching & Learning, Highly Qualified Staff, Resource Management, Community Engagement, and Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement. The plan's overarching goals are to maintain the highest level of accreditation and to produce highly capable, curious, and confident learners, thereby preparing all students to become confident and capable citizens for the challenges of a global society.
