Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Event Planning Services (EPS) - (Request for Information)

Description: Event Planning Services (EPS) required for the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC), Directorate of Manpower, Personnel, and Services (A1) Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP, “Yellow Ribbon”). EPS services consist of event planning for three-day events to include the event venue location (hotel or conference center), meeting room and space, lodging, food and beverage services, childcare and youth services, audio and visual services, and logistics support required for Yellow Ribbon events. A Yellow Ribbon event occurs at an event venue location (hotel or conference center) with meeting space, food and beverage services, childcare and youth services, audio and visual services secured and paid for by the Contractor for a three-day meeting agenda and includes a preparatory day one day prior.
